TJB – Facebook Page Comment Management

Avesoft provides a custom software application that helps clients manage communication on their Facebook Pages in a structured and efficient way.

What the application does

The application retrieves Facebook Page posts, comments, and related conversation context from Pages that have been authorized by the client.

It enables the client’s authorized team members to:

• review incoming Facebook Page comments,
• view conversation context and previous replies,
• prepare and send replies as the Facebook Page,
• track internal handling status, notes, and workflow history.

How Meta platform data is used

Avesoft uses Meta platform data only to provide this comment management workflow on behalf of the client.

The application processes only the data needed to support the client’s Facebook Page communication, including:

• Page posts,
• Page comments,
• reply context and conversation structure,
• internal workflow metadata created by authorized client users.

The data is used only for the operation of this service and only for Facebook Pages authorized by the client.

Who uses the application

The application is used by authorized users of the client organization who are responsible for managing customer communication on the client’s Facebook Page.

Access is limited to authorized users, and the application is intended for operational communication and customer service workflows.
